I stay @ Hotel Sonnet for week. The services & hospitality fantastic & homely. Everyone is found very energetic & helpful. Even My small request was given importance with proper care. I have really enjoyed my stay over there. I shall definitely repeat my stay with Sonnet in future.

It was a great experience coming to your hotel....my booking was not there by mistake I made the booking for different dates however front office people help me for the same and they did it very nicely......Nice place(location) would like to recommend this hotel again.... And a great staff (hospitality) specially the front office people..... Pratham and Amritwas great... They helped me a lot...... A great salute to the front office people

Our stay was absolute comfortable and the persons were receptive and at toes for our service liked my stay and trust me they have amazing rooms and good try it for sure. Having a home in Salt Lake, I had never imagined that I would have to stay in a hotel here. But when I had to, I booked The Sonnet, and I was not disappointed. Discreet decor, attentive staff, hygiene, food quality, everything was satisfactory. I will definitely go back to stay.

The rooms were nice and food was very good. The location is close to airport and City Center Mall. There is a functional gym as well. I ordered rom service and the food was promptly delivered to room.

Fantastic Service, Great Hotel!
This hotel was clean, very comfortable, and best of all, has very friendly and helpful staff. The staff clearly wants the guests to have the very best possible stay. The front desk staff, Pratham, Mangal, Niharika, and Rahman were always ready to go above and beyond to ensure I had what I needed. Room service was fantastic. The food was great. Housekeeping also did a fantastic job keeping the room beautiful in clean. I will definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to others when in Kolkata

This hotel is absolutely lovable for their staff. Let be the doormen/ security, or the front desk or housekeeping or F&B team, everyone were with a smile, always courteous and acknowledging us with greetings. Front desk were always helpful answering our queries on whereabouts to go for shopping and malls. A big salute to staff Amrit, who resolved our small issue during check-in and continuously greeted us with a smile and helped us enormously to book Uber and OLA taxis when ours got cancelled for airport transfer. Another staff Mangal ensured our bags were transferred in/out of our rooms and went all the way to arrange them into our taxis. Absolute outstanding service by these guys ! The hotel is going thru some renovation but there was no impact for us as we were out most of…

Once again a 5 star for Sonnet! Came back after a year and was welcomed with the same warmth and ever smiling faces right from the security, to bellboys to the reception, Resturant and housekeeping!! Special mention to Sibnath and Japyprakash for going the extra mile and making our stay memorable! Thank you team Sonnet!! We will be back !!
